Created by skilful pastry chefs from the kitchens of Raffles Hotel, Dubai, they are a visual treat and a culinary feast. Fine baking, fresh, first-class ingredients and excellent craftsmanship take centrestage at our Celebration Cakes counter. They are made to order and can be delivered at your home or venue.

For what was once a drink endowed with mysterious and medicinal properties, the chocolate as we now know it is a scrumptious piece of magic that delights. A long way away from what it represented to our ancestors. It is also coming into its own as a gourmet food.
Made from flavoursome, fine-quality cocoa beans, great manufacturers choose their beans with great care, in the very same way wine-makers choose their grapes, consequently affecting flavour and quality. They are then roasted, blended and enriched with a range of mouth-watering ingredients, such as milk and fruit and nut.
At Gourmet Station, chocolates are for the connoisseur. Most chocolates are made from special beans, retrieved from rich and fertile cocoa bean regions in the world, thereby ensuring maximum taste.
White, milky, semi-sweet, bittersweet and unsweetened, chocolates at Gourmet Station are treated with the utmost respect. World-renowned brands like Valrhona (responsible for some masterful creations) and Yves Thurie, among others, spread their wares here. Our Yves Thurie loose chocolates are all made fresh at the Station. So go ahead, indulge in your wildest chocolate fantasy.

A fine variety of portioned cakes, a selection of 1kg and 2kg cakes and a signature selection of celebration cakes are available at Gourmet Station. Choose from our celebration works of tasty art and give your guests some delicious pleasure. Our chef and his team are eager to prepare a cake just for you - fancy, rich, decorative; they are desired by and for you!
CONFECTIONERY
Yves Thurie's: In Gaillac, in the scenic south-west of France is where Yves Thurie opened his first patisserie. Way back in 1968, Thurie carved a niche for himself when he presented the world with his handiwork. By continually striving for excellence, the confectioner soon came to be known amongst the greatest names in chocolate.
The Gourmet Station collection includes ganache coated vintage, ganache mixed with bergamonte tea, mint infusion, dark chocolate from Sao Thome island, plus truffles with hints of raspberry, lemon, orange and mint. With France in mind, the Yves Thurie loose chocolates available on the cake and confectionery counter are all made fresh to order for Gourmet Station.
Valrhona: Founded in 1922, Valrhona owes its origin to pastry chef, Monsieur Guironnet, a native of France. Though Valrhona are a luxury brand, their product line also has chocolate confectionery, plain and flavoured bars and bulk chocolate in bars or pellets.
Chocoholly: Holly Caulfield started to make organic chocolate bars after watching the movie 'Chocolat', based on a book by Joanne Harris.
Some of her tasteful pieces are chili coconut chocolate, milk chocolate infused with cardamom and white chocolate with cranberries and cinnamon. Caulfield's chili coconut chocolate is made with 72% cocoa solids and "is a wonderful combination - the sweet coconut offering a great contrast to the chili and the bitter chocolate". She uses chocolate rich in cocoa solids as it is "known to have more health benefits" and contains less sugar and milk.
Montezumas: Founded by Helen and Simon Pattinson, Montezuma have more than 200 products - from organic chocolate bars to chunky truffles.
