Sourced from some of the best producers from around the world, the Gourmet Station Grocery sits in a class of its own.
Prized sauces and preserves, oils and vinegar, milk and yoghurt, classic, traditional pasta from Italy's best, and scores of other products cluster together in what could easily be the most extensive and finest array of specialty grocery products in town.
We have a unique collection of Cooking and Salad Oils, Chris Pratt's Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil to the award-winning Vallecoppa, where a skilled team handpicks and cold-presses olives within six hours to create the freshest olive oil.
To run alongside the oils, we have a variety of aged, artisanal balsamic vinegars, produced in limited quantities that lend a wonderful taste to almost any dish or sauce with just a few drops.
Gourmet Station also houses a variety of mustards sourced from traditional makers. There is also an extensive range of jams, marmalades and honey. For instance, Mark at Hawkshead insists all his jams contain no artificial additives. His Fig & Orange Jam is a fabulous fruity jam that encompasses the orange of a marmalade, with the 'figgy-ness' of a jam. You could also use it as a sauce to go with crispy roast duck.
.Nothing like coming home to homemade pasta. From Rustchella d'Abruzzo come the penne pasta made by craftsmen who use select durum wheat semolina that is then mixed with mountain water to give their pasta its unique flavour.
Our Chilled Grocery section has a wide range of Yoghurts made from Organic Milk from Jersey cows. Since the farms are organic and from the heart of Hertfordshire, known for its fertile rich soil, Moo cows only eat grass free of fertilizers, and the organic farmers use sustainable farming methods to support the environment, keeping it looking green and lovely. Moo milk contains one per cent fat and is simple for adults and great for kids!
Balsamic vinegar:
Once considered so valuable and included in wedding dowries, Gourmet Station's balsamic range begins with the classy Cascina san Giovanni. The secret of this Italian classic from Modena lies in the slow careful cooking of the Trebbiano grape. Careful aging in casks of oak, chestnut, cherry or mulberry brings this vinegar to perfection.
Varieties are Aceto balsamico di modena extra 250ml, Aceto balsamico di modena superiore 250ml. Other balsamic vinegars at the store include the Fresh Olive Co., Aceto Balsamico di modena del duca and Emiliana among others.
Mustards, Chutneys & Relishes
Mustard range include Tracklements from the UK with their Strong English Mustard and the Organic Tarragon Mustard.
Our 50-plus range of Chutneys & Relishes will get you coming back for more. From Karen and the guys at Le Mesurier, there's Curried Marrow Mustard Relish plus Pear, Tomato & Saffron Chutney.
From Mark and his team at Hawkshead Relish Co, we have Sunburst Sweet Orange & Lemon Chutney, Kashmiri Tomato Chutney or the delicious Rhubarb Chutney.
Our Jams, Honeys & Marmalade
Rigoni di asiago offers organic jam creations such as Fig, Wild Berries, and Linganberries.
As well as a fine range of Marmalades from Tiptree, Gourmet Station also sell thin cut blood orange marmalade, orange, apricot & almond and citrus grapefruit & lime from Jeff at Wooden Spoon Preserves.
From the best honey vendors come the Active Manuka Factor 10+ honey. Top of the range is the Seggiano whose honey is a pale, limpid gold liquid with a delicate fragrance.

Chilled Grocery
The Dairy House Weobly yoghurts are made using the finest of ingredients to retain natural goodness and flavour. Our Butter range has the handmade Devon Farm Butter, unsalted Alpine Meggle Butter and Butter Au Sel De Guerande.
In the Milk department is the wholesome Moo milk big in calcium. Flavours include strawberry, chocolate and banana.
In the bottled drinking water aisle are the Norwegian Voss, the Welsh Tau and Ty Nant, and Quarzia from Italy, among others.
