The Service provides relevant product information and insight into different departments, new products and availability that will in turn help customers with their needs.
How it Works
At Gourmet Station, our customers are encouraged to contact the store prior to their visit, in order to facilitate the visit to their convenience. The store can be contacted via phone or email.
Once in the store, customers are received by the store manager, followed by an introduction to the Gourmet Station concept. Detailed guidelines on various products are given while customers are familiarized about the aisles. This helps understand customer requirements, and enables us to provide the most suited solutions to individual requests.
At Gourmet Station, we look at it as an opportunity to serve our shoppers better every time and in turn build long-term relationships.
We also provide expert advice on preparing and managing menus for customer parties. Arrange your visit in advance to avoid waiting time, and speak to our chefs from across the store regarding your requirements.
All customer feedback is welcome, and we value comment with due care, so as to adapt to new ways of working based on those suggestions and recommendations
